Serri is a registered clinical social worker who has over 30 years of addiction and mental health experience in hospital and community settings including: sexual assault and domestic abuse counselling programs, forensic psychiatry and mental health clinics. Serri has years of experience providing clinical supervision as well as teaching counselling theory and skills. In her current practice Serri sees adults with a wide variety of issues.
Serri has a deep respect for clients strengths and experiences. She uses a collaborative strength based approach. Believing that clients can determine for themselves what they want to be different in their lives Serri works along side clients to support this change. Serri believes that when a clients feel safe, heard, experiences warmth and compassion then healing can happen.
